Description
This
role will be responsible for ensuring that we are attracting and
sourcing a range of customer profiles, from both within and external to
the pub industry, to recruit as quality business partners
The sourcing will be specific
and targeted for "priority" sites and generic to fill the recruitment
talent bank. This will ensure that we are able to deliver our strategy
of "right customer, right pub" and improve the quality of our customers
which will enable us together, to build sustainable pub businesses.
There will also be a
responsibility to maintain the "talent bank," (successful applicants
not yet recruited as a business partners), by regularly contacting them
and pro-actively matching and recruiting, particularly for "priority"
sites.
You will be required to build strong relationships with Business Relationship Managers, HR Resourcing Manager and advertisers.
Qualifications
Applicants
should have a flexible approach, enjoy working in a team and have
developed a good understanding of the retail sector, working in a
recruitment role, which can be adapted to the pub industry. A Good
working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
Powerpoint) is essential.

makes constructive suggestions on how processes can be improved to cut
cost, increase profit or improve service; and initiates change to
improve effectiveness.
